Remote Shredding
Pioneer SecureShred also offers Remote Shredding ~ providing a highly secure, lower cost alternative to On-Site Shredding. Confidential materials are picked up at a client's location and transported to our headquarters and dedicated shredding facility. Although NAID standards require that all materials are to be destroyed within 3 business days of pick up, almost all loads are destroyed within 24 hours. All materials are shredded and baled in one process and the shredded bales ~ typically in excess of fifteen hundred pounds each ~ are retained within our secure shredding facility until loaded onto trucks and transported to paper mills for pulping. Absolutely no expense has been spared in ensuring our shredding facility is the safest and most secure facility available. The barbed-wire fencing and locked gates around the perimeter as well as the state-of-the-art camera and alarm system on the interior are just a few examples of our commitment to security.
Regularly-Scheduled Route Service
Our security service representative arrives on a pre-scheduled date of service, collects all materials via locking security containers, loads and secures the containers onto our security vehicle, transports the load to our secure, dedicated shredding headquarters where all destruction is completed.
Purge/Clean-Out Service
For clients requiring annual, one-time or periodic purges, Pioneer SecureShred can destroy any quantity of stored material. We will make arrangements to pick up materials where ever they are stored ~ whether at our client's headquarters or at their remote storage location. As is the case with remote storage of confidential records, we will securely transport your materials to our dedicated shredding facility for destruction. If you don't have your records stored in file boxes ~ no problem! We can deliver containers to your office/facility ~ into which you can purge your files ~ in advance of your scheduled shredding date. We'll return when you are ready to have your materials destroyed.
Witnessed Destruction of the Shredding Process
Upon request, a secure password is provided to a client allowing them the opportunity to witness, in real-time, the destruction of their confidential materials from the comfort of their home or office.
